Be Crash Free is a training and learning organization built around
one simple idea: reality, reason, and judgement are the best tools
riders have to prevent and survive crashes on the road and in life.
Be Crash Free was founded by rider-educators who saw that traditional motorcycle training and instructor prep were not keeping up with how people actually learn today.
From in-person classes to full online curricula and MOTORS, the focus is on giving riders and instructors the tools, structure, and mindset to make better decisions long before a crash can happen.
The core of Be Crash Free is a philosophy of living through reality,
reason and judgment. Those ideas sit behind every course, every
curriculum, and every tool we build.
Crashes don't care how we feel about them. We
teach riders to see risk clearly and make decisions
based on what is actually happening in front of them.
Riding and teaching both depend on clear thinking.
We help people build the skills, frameworks, and habits
that support rational, repeatable decisions.
In the moment, you ride the way you have trained.
Our work focuses on helping riders and RiderCoaches build
the judgment to choose well, before the high-risk situation.
Be Crash Free operates at two levels: we train riders to prevent and
survive crashes, and we support instructors and safety providers with
the systems they need tor un excellent programs.
MSF-based courses like the AdventureBike RiderCourse and other advanced training experiences.
On-range coaching that connects skills to real-world riding situations.
Online resources that reinforce what you learned after class.
MSF-approved RiderCoach Preparation pre-course learning.
MOTORS: a modern platform for scheduling, payments, rosters, evaluations, and state reporting.
Ongoing professional development and tools that help schools run safe, efficient, and sustainable programs.
Be Crash Free is led by a team of instructors, educators, and product builders who share a simple goal: help more people enjoy their vehicle by making it safer, more thoughtful, and more sustainable.
Our instructors bring thousands of hours of classroom and range experience, from basic courses through advanced programs like StreetMasters and AdventureBike RiderCourse. Many of them are also involved in curriculum development, state programs, or school leadership.
And like the riders we serve, we stay curious. We continually refine our courses based on data, feedback, and real-world crash experience. Better information should always lead to better training.
Strong riding skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
Ability to communicate clearly and coach without ego.
Alignment with our philosophy of reality, reason, and judgement.
Desire to help riders not just pass a course but also ride better in the real world.
Whether you are a new Instructor, a safety provider, or a rider planning your next big trip, we would love to be apart of your story.
Crashes are complex, but our goal is simple: help riders build the mindset, skills, and systems that make crashes less likely-and more survivable when they do happen.
